Lokring Certified Installer
Lokring is a permanent, axially swaged tube fitting used to join two pieces of pipe without the need for brazing. Lokring is NFPA approved for medical gas usage and can reduce system shut down times since it does not require a Nitrogen NF purge. PMGM has been trained, certified and has experience installing Lokring fittings.
Lokring Advantages
Since there is no brazing, Hot Work permits are not required, Fire Watches are unnecessary and there is no need for a Nitrogen NF purge. This lowers the cost and time associated with installation. Additionally, there is a lower risk of damage to surrounding equipment, wires, and surfaces.
Historical rework rates for Lokring fittings are significantly lower than other installation methods. This combined with Lokring's Limited Lifetime Warranty lowers the lifetime cost compared with traditional fittings.
